• Active Duty / First Responder
• Retired
• Reserve/National Guard
• All prior service personnel
• Immediate Family of Military Veteran (including Widows)

Proof of Military or First Responder ID Required:

Any one of the following military or First Responder documents qualify.

• Valid Military ID Card (DD Form 2) Active - Reserve - Retired
• Discharge papers (DD Form 214)
• Valid VFW, American Legion or VA Card
• Drivers License with Veterans Endorsement
• Valid Military Dependent ID Card (DD Form 1173)
